Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable and eligible bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 for hiring services of a firm for Deployment/Outsourcing of ALM in LESCO.
Selection method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Documents and submission: E-bidding documents, terms of reference and detailed requirements are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk and LESCO's website at www.lesco.gov.pk.
