Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites sealed electronic bids through the E-PADS portal on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 25, 50, 100 and 200 kVA distribution transformers on high AT&C loss feeders, including allied materials and services. The procurement is financed from LESCO's local funds on FCS basis (delivery to consignee's stores).
