Eligibility: Registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR.
Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope as per bidding documents. Bidding documents and terms/specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS.
Deadlines: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-29 at 11:00 a.m. The original hard copy of the bid security must also be submitted by 2026-06-29 at 11:00 a.m.; otherwise the electronic bid will not be accepted.
Note: Manual bids will not be accepted. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
