Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) notifies members under section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 that the following persons have filed notices offering themselves for election as Directors at the 23rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be held on June 22, 2026. As the number of candidates equals the number of directors fixed by the Board (seven), the persons named will be deemed elected for a three-year term commencing June 27, 2026.
