Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Invitation to e-bid for maintenance/repair and water-supply works on Lahore Division sections.
Eligibility: Valid PEC-registered contracting firms with financial category C-6 or above and field of specialization code CE-10; valid NTN appearing on FBR Active Taxpayer List; GST registration.
Bid security: Scanned copy of Bid Security (CDR) issued by a Scheduled Bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore (name of firm/agency must appear on the CDR). Original bid security must be submitted in the Tender Box at the office of Divisional Engineer -4, Pakistan Railways, Bohgi Road, Lahore, along with other required documents.
Submission method & documents: Tender documents available free at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit/upload bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Only bids submitted via E-PADS will be accepted.
Deadline & opening: Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS before 11:00 hours on 2026-06-26. Bids will be opened the same date at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-III, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.
