E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — TMA Khall

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration Khall (Dir Lower), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The TMA Khall invites e-bids for supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery from reputable manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers or firms.

Key requirements and eligibility:

- Valid NTN, GST and renewed Local Council Board enlistment; PEC registration; and provision of three facilities i.e., Sales, Service & Spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Bids to be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (Technical and Financial).

- Chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA Khall.

- ORIGINAL two (2%) bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Khall" shall be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date and time.

- All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per Government rules are applicable.

- Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to the staff.

- Incomplete, conditional, late submitted or manual bids shall not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.

Submission and opening:

- E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADs: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#supplier/registration on or before 2026-06-30, 12:00 pm.

- Technical bids on EPADs (e-bidding) shall be opened the same day at 12:30 pm. Financial bids of technically accepted responsive bids shall be opened publicly at a time, date and venue to be communicated to bidders after technical evaluation via the provided contact address.
