Quotas: 10% female, 2% disabled, 0.5% minority.

Important conditions and notes:

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority may lead to disqualification at any stage.
• All applicants must create a profile on ETEA's website and, before applying or depositing the fee, print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's site and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without CNIC verification applicants cannot apply.
• After online application submission a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code and candidate information) will be generated. Print this deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or at any UBL branch. Keep the original (bank-stamped) candidate copy; do not share it.
• Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying. Copies of documents will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test for scrutiny by the appointing authority.
• Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. Roll number slips will be available for download from www.etea.edu.pk; test date, time and venue will be shown on the roll number slip. No separate postal/courier call letters will be issued.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalency certificates. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through proper channel.
• Age relaxation as per existing government rules. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies; errors/omissions are subject to rectification.
• Recruitment will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026 (as amended).
