CDA Tender — Repair/Maintenance of House 44-H, Street 1, F-6/3 Islamabad (Closing 2026-06-25)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maintenance Division-I. Invitation for sealed bids for repair/maintenance of a property in F-6/3, Islamabad. Bidding is through E-PADS only and follows Rule 36(a) Single Stage Single Envelope as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023.

Eligibility: Firms must be well-reputed, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration in category CE-10 for the year 2025-26, and registered on the E-PADS/EPADS portal. Bids will be evaluated per stated procurement rules and regulations.

Mandatory submission of original bid security and additional documents in person to the Deputy Director, Maintenance Division-I, Room No.156, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6, Islamabad. The notice specifies: all documents, along with the original Bid Security, must be submitted on or before 2026-03-26 (per the document). Work-related information may be sought from the office of the Dy. Director, Maintenance Division-I, CDA.

Required documents and conditions (as stated):

• Attested copy of PEC Registration Certificate (CE-10, 2025-26).
• Original Bid Security (CDR/Pay Order with company name).
• Affidavit as required in tender document (including undertaking on stamp paper of not less than Rs.100 that the firm is not involved in litigation or blacklisted).
• Active NTN and GST certificates.
• If bidding by an authorized representative: copy of CNIC and General/Special Power of Attorney attested by the respective Court; the attorney must not be an employee of any government/semi-government institution.
• Tender form must be fully completed and signed with official stamp; pay order/CDR number and firm name must be correctly entered.
• Complete set of NIT documents must be uploaded; partial/ selective pages will be rejected.

Other notes: The bid security of bidders will be deposited into the CDA bank account and returned after contract award; no manual return of bid security.
