The Military Estates Officer, Gujranwala Circle notifies that the leasehold share in Shop Bungalow No.21 (Survey No.152A, measuring 753.33 sq. yards) in Sialkot Cantt, held under the CLA Rules 1937 for commercial purposes, has been orally gifted by Mst. Shahid Nawaz (widow) to her son Mr. Waleed Shahid Nawaz. The oral declaration of gift and acceptance occurred on 11-05-2026.
Any person having an objection to the proposed mutation must submit documentary evidence to the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; otherwise the leasehold rights of the transferor will be incorporated in favour of Mr. Waleed Shahid Nawaz.
