Notice: Proposed Transfer of Property Rights — Plot No. 696-B, Wah Cantt

The Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Chhaoni, gives public notice that property No. 696-B (Survey No. 16), located in Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, is recorded in the name of Abdul Aziz s/o Fazl Din. Abdul Aziz appointed Muhammad Tahir s/o Chaudhry Nazir Ahmad as his general attorney by document No. 753 dated 2023-12-07, and Muhammad Tahir has applied to transfer the hereditary/ownership rights of the above property by gift under Islamic law in favour of his wife Ms. Riffat.

Anyone having a bona fide objection or claim must submit written objections with evidence to the Cantonment Board Wah Chhaoni office within 15 days of this notice; otherwise the matter will be proceeded with according to rules and no appeal will be entertained in this regard.
