PHE Division-II Peshawar Invites EPADS Bids for Water Supply Schemes & Pumping Machinery (Packages 09–10)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division-II, Peshawar (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites bids through EPADS for water supply works and installation of pumping machinery under single-stage procurement procedures. Bidders must follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014 and submit bids via EPADS.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Work-wise Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) including Bidding/Contract Data, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and evaluation criteria are downloadable from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA.

- Bidders must upload bids through EPADS before the stated last date and time. Original work-wise bid security(ies) (call deposit receipt) and the non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,000 (in the form of CDR) must be submitted physically to the office of the undersigned by registered post/courier before the last date and time for submission.

- Bids will be opened (downloaded from EPADS) in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Financial bids for items/works at Serial 4 & 5 will be opened only after technical bid evaluation; financial bids of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened.

- Uploaded documents must be readable. Clarifications may be requested through EPADS. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRIA) with active status.

- Relevant notifications: KP-PPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10/05/2022 and KP-PPRA Notification No. S.R.O.(29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26/699-711 dated 29/10/2025 are applicable.
