PHE Division Swat-1 Tender: Repair & Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) of Existing Water Supply Schemes 2026-27

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids for repair and maintenance (electrical & mechanical works) in existing water supply schemes in PHE Division Swat-1 for the year 2026-27.

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms/contractors must have specialization codes CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07 & EE-11. Contractors must be registered with the KP Revenue Authority (active status). Bidders must submit a valid and active Electric Inspector Certificate, certificates confirming availability of standby pumping machinery and transformers of different KVA capacities, and an undertaking to repair any electric motor, transformer, or pumping machinery requiring repair within a maximum period of two (02) days. Failure to submit required certificates and undertaking will render the bid non-responsive.

Submission method & rules: Bids to be submitted electronically via http://eprocure.gov.pk through EPADS under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on a single-stage single-envelope procedure. Bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis (if quoted rate is more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate) must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification S.R.O (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022 along with the bid in a sealed envelope before closing date/time to the office of the undersigned. Other terms and conditions as per KPPRA rules and SBD.

Last date & opening: Last date and time for submission: 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. (The notice text includes the note "(through courier)"). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives who opt to be present.
