The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), Head Office Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the construction of a solar parking shed at its Branch Office in Quetta (Ref: P65381). Procurement will follow Single Stage–One Envelope using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must submit e-bids via EPADS v2.0 and provide a Bid Security of Rs. 100,000 in the prescribed form. E-bids must be submitted by 2026-08-12 11:00 AM (opening 11:30 AM same day). Manual submissions are not accepted; the original bid security instrument must be delivered to the undersigned before the online submission deadline.
