Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Planning Commission (Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives).
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EoI) for pre-qualification to provide third-party monitoring, evaluation, validation, inspection and design review (TPM/E/V/I/DR) services for PSOP projects. A list of pre-qualified firms (single entity, joint venture/consortium) and individual consultants will remain valid for a period of two years up to June 2028.

How to apply: Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) and application instructions are available on the Planning Commission website (www.pc.gov.pk) and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (www.ppra.gov.pk). Interested firms/consultants must upload proposals on the PPRA e-portal and also submit a hard copy of the proposal (clearly indicating the relevant main Director name on the top left corner of the envelope) to the office of the undersigned.
