Purpose: Sealed bids are invited for the supply and installation of solar tube wells at the University agriculture farm and Wach Campus of LUAWMS via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
Eligibility: Government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 or above in the relevant field who have deposited their renewal fee for the calendar year 2020-26. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and sound financial standing.

Submission & evaluation notes: Bids must be uploaded via the PPRA/e-procurement portal. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Financial proposals of only technically responsive firms will be opened. Prices must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. The successful bidder must complete work within the stipulated time; earnest money will be forfeited for non-compliance. LUAWMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable PPRA rules.
