Pakistan Railways Lahore Invites E-Bids for Special Repair Works — Closing 2026-06-26

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Pakistan Railways Lahore invites electronic bids (E-bids) on Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates-2016/LHR (Lahore Division) on a single-stage single-envelope basis from valid PEC-registered contractors (financial category C-6 or above, field of specialization CE-10) with a valid NTN appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and GST registration.

Tender documents are available free of cost at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bids must include a scanned copy of bid security in the form of a CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore (the name of the firm/agency on the CDR is mandatory). The original bid security must be submitted in the Tender Box in the office of Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Bohgi Road, Lahore, along with other required documents. Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS before 11:00 hours on 2026-06-26. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-III, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.
