The Finance Department, Government of Balochistan invites Requests for Proposal (RFP) from reputed and qualified legal/professional advisory firms to provide legal, regulatory and advisory services for registration, incorporation, licensing and regulatory compliance of the proposed Bank of Balochistan with relevant authorities.

Eligibility: Firms must have relevant experience in banking, corporate, regulatory, taxation and financial sector laws; must have completed assignments of similar nature and complexity; must be registered with relevant regulatory/tax authorities; and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
Evaluation: Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals will be opened only for technically responsive/qualified firms. Selection will follow the evaluation criteria in the RFP document.
Other conditions: Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the due date/time will not be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Issuing officer: SECTION OFFICER (ADMIN), Finance Department.
