Bank Alfalah: Sealed-Bid Sale of Used Assets (Generator Sets & Cash Sorting Machines)

Bank Alfalah invites sealed bids for the sale of the Bank's old and used assets/items on a lump-sum lot basis, on an "as is where is" basis. The prescribed Bid Submission Form contains details of locations and equipment for each lot and is available free of cost from the Bank.

Inspection period: 2026-06-08 to 2026-06-12, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm at the respective locations.

Key conditions:

• Bids must be submitted on the form prescribed by the Bank (available free of cost).
• Bidders must provide Bid Security/Earnest Money equal to 20% of the bid amount by Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD), or Banker's Cheque (BC) along with the Bid Submission Form. Bid Security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
• Bid amounts must be quoted exclusive of any tax deductions; advance tax and other levies will be applied as per applicable government regulations.
• The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to cancel the invitation at any time without assigning any reason.
• Assets are offered strictly on an "as is where is" basis; the Bank disclaims any express or implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and accepts no liability for quality, condition, performance, or suitability.
