Office of the Nazir, High Court of Sindh, Karachi issues a notice regarding the preparation and publication of the list of members/owners in connection with proceedings under Case No. 744/2025 CPD.
The list has been prepared pursuant to the Court order dated 2026-02-17 and an advertisement dated 2026-03-20. A reply from the Secretary of CHS Limited dated 2026-04-29 has been received and included in the material considered.
Those whose names appear on the list, and any society or person who believes they have been wrongly included or omitted, may file written objections at the Nazir's office on 2026-06-08 and 2026-06-09. The list is intended solely to determine eligibility to participate (for elections or related proceedings); final decisions on ownership or other substantive rights remain subject to the Court's determination.
