Bank Alfalah Invites Sealed Bids for Sale of Old/Used Assets (Generators, Cash Sorting Machines)

Issuer: Bank Alfalah. Purpose: Sale of the bank's old and used assets/items by sealed bids on a lump-sum lot basis, on an "as is where is" basis.

Inspection period: 2026-06-08 to 2026-06-12, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm at the respective locations.

How to apply/bid:

• Submit sealed bids on the form prescribed by the Bank (form available free of cost).
• Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security/Earnest Money equal to 20% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD), or Banker’s Cheque (BC).
• Bid Security/Earnest Money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

Financial and legal conditions:

• Bid amounts must be quoted exclusive of any tax deductions.
• Advance tax and other applicable levies will be applied in accordance with government regulations.
• Assets/items are sold strictly on an "as is where is" basis; the Bank provides no warranty (express or implied) and disclaims liability regarding quality, condition, performance, or suitability.
• The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to cancel the invitation at any time without assigning any reason.
