The Banking Court No.11, District and Sessions Court Building (First Floor), Hyderabad, has issued a summons in Case No. 278/2026 filed by ZTBL against the above-named defendant for recovery of Rs. 135,612 plus markup and costs under the Ordinance 2001 (Ordinance No. XLVI of 2001), Section 91.
