SICVD Karachi Tender Notice — Supply, Procurement and Services (Tender Nos. 028 & 30-32/2025-26)

Issuer: Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD), Karachi. Sealed tenders are invited for supply, procurement and service contracts for SICVD network hospitals under SPPRA rules. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh e-procurement system (EPADS). Suppliers must register on EPADS at: https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Tender fee and bid security must be uploaded on EPADS; bids will be accepted only through EPADS. Sealed hard copies may be opened publicly on dates/times announced to bidders.
