Purpose: Procurement of printing services under the SELECT Project. Bids are invited for two lots covering multiple districts in Sindh. Contract delivery period: three (03) months. No margin of preference will be permitted.

Procurement method: National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids, Single Stage One-Envelope, in accordance with the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (July 2016, as amended).

Eligibility: Open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Bidders may inspect the bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1700) at the Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMU), Procurement Support Unit, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.

Notes: The project intends to apply part of the proceeds of the financing toward these contracts. Bidders must follow the procedures and requirements set out in the bidding documents.
