Eligibility and submission requirements: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income and sales tax, listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS. Uploaded bids must contain up-to-date information as per mandatory requirements. Bid security must be provided as a call deposit in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, Paraplegic Centre. Pay orders and cheques will not be accepted. Registration for Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and relevant provincial revenue authority is required. Zero tolerance to corruption is declared.

Procedure: Single stage–single envelope and single stage–two envelope procurement methods are used as indicated. All bids must be uploaded on EPADS and will be opened at the times shown below (no later than 11:30 AM where stated).
