Bank Alfalah — Sale of Old and Used Assets (Generator Sets, Cash Sorting Machines) — Sealed Bids Invited

Bank Alfalah invites sealed bids for the purchase of its old and used assets/items in various lots on a lump-sum, "as is where is" basis. The prescribed Bid Submission Form contains full asset/equipment and location details and is available free of cost from the Bank.

Inspection: Assets/items may be inspected at the respective locations from 2026-06-08 to 2026-06-12 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Bid submission and security: Bids must be submitted on the form prescribed by the Bank (available free). Bidders are required to submit a Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD) or Banker's Cheque (BC) equal to 20% of the bid amount as Bid Security / Earnest Money along with the Bid Submission Form. Bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

Other key conditions: Bids must be quoted exclusive of any tax deductions. Advance tax and other levies will be applied in accordance with applicable government regulations. The assets/items are offered strictly on an "as is where is" basis; the Bank provides no express or implied warranty and disclaims liability for quality, condition, performance, or suitability. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the invitation at any time without assigning any reason.
