| Key responsibilities | Oversee Head Office administrative operations and support services including security operations, front desk/reception, leased vehicles and fleet cards, courier & telecom service providers, visa processing, boarding & lodging arrangements, gate operations, office repair & maintenance, housekeeping, CCTV surveillance, mess/canteen operations, guest & event management, and vendor coordination. Requires strong communication, computer literacy, ERP/SAP knowledge, team management, coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. |
