HMC Tender HMC-33/2026 — Supply & Services (Taxila)

Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Tender No: HMC-33/2026. Sealed tenders are invited on FOR Taxila basis from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply/services listed below. Tenders must be addressed to CFO and submitted to the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila.

Submission deadlines: For Serial Nos. 1 & 2 tenders must reach by 14:00 on 2026-06-24; these will be opened at 14:30 on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. For Serial Nos. 3–5 tenders must reach by 14:00 on 2026-07-02 and will be opened at 14:30 on that day.

Bidding documents with detailed terms & conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR/Pay Order in favour of HMC.

HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
