Issuer: University of Balochistan, Material Management Section (PID Q-489/25). Procurement under PPRA Rules 2004 for supply of stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. Single Stage - Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) procedure will be adopted. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened.
