UST Bannu Invitation for Bids — Solarization of Campus Buildings (32kW, 24kW, 18kW, 8kW)

How to obtain documents and apply:

• Bidding documents available for download from www.ustb.edu.pk and https://eprocure.gov.pk against a non-refundable document fee of PKR 2,000 payable to the Treasurer by pay order or bank deposit slip.
• Submit sealed bids via EPADs on the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Bid security and validity:

• Provide earnest money equal to 2% of the total quoted cost in the form of a CDR.
• Also submit a bank deposit slip or pay order of PKR 2,000 in favor of the Treasurer (as noted).
• Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Eligibility and conditions:

• Firms/contractors/suppliers/authorized dealers must be registered with sales tax and income tax, registered with KPPRA, and have active taxpayer status.
• The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
