E-Tender: Fabrication of Sanitation Vehicles — Tehsil Municipal Administration Lal Qila

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Lal Qila invites e-tenders (EPADS) under single stage two-envelope method for the fabrication of sanitation vehicles. Interested bidders must submit technical and financial bids online via EPADS and follow the physical submission requirements below.

Key submission & bid conditions

- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) can be downloaded from the EPADS portal.

- Last date and time for submission of technical and financial bids: 2026-06-24 at 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM; financial bid opening date/time will be notified after technical evaluation.

- Bidders must upload technical and financial bids through EPADS and also submit a physical (hard) copy of the technical bid at the TMA Lal Qila office before the deadline.

- A non-refundable BSD fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be submitted as specified. Bid security / call deposit receipt in favor of the undersigned must be provided in original before the bid submission deadline.

- Bids will be evaluated per the criteria in the bidding documents; financial bids of bidders who fail technical evaluation will be returned unopened.

- Incomplete or conditional bids, or bids with unattested corrections/overwriting, will be considered non-responsive. All other terms and conditions are as per the bidding documents and relevant PPRA notifications.
