Public Notice: Interim Attachment of Assets — Civil Suits Filed in Lahore Against Companies Founded by Late Sheikh Abid Hussain

Issuer: Legal Heirs of the late Muhammad Ashraf Muhammad Amin.

Purpose: To notify the public that the Legal Heirs have filed multiple civil suits before a Court of competent jurisdiction in Lahore seeking declaration, rendition of accounts, recovery of outstanding amounts, and attachment of immovable properties. The Honourable Court has issued an interim order attaching the assets of the named companies. All dealings in the assets, properties, or shares of these companies are subject to that court order and the final outcome of the suits; any person transacting with such assets does so at their own risk.

Notice to public: Prospective purchasers, investors, financial institutions, and other interested parties are warned that any sale, transfer, mortgage, lease, encumbrance, disposal, or creation of third-party interest in the assets, properties, or shares of the said companies shall be subject to the interim court order and the final outcome of the suits. The Legal Heirs will not be responsible for any loss, claim, or consequence arising from transactions undertaken in disregard of the court order.
