• Defaulters and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the auction proceedings.
• Contractors must produce a no-dues certificate from the concerned Union Council at the time of auction.
• On award, contractors will pay monthly installments to the Union Council by bank draft / pay order.
• Bidders must deposit 10% of the financial bid as a Bank Draft / Pay Order (with two photocopies) in favour of Union Council Domewali as security, and submit photocopy of CNIC; without these documents no one will be allowed to participate.
• Security deposit will be refunded by demand draft / pay order after proceedings are over.
• Interested contractors must bring an accepted copy of the terms & conditions, registration documents of the company/firm, copy of CNIC, copy of NTN/FBR, and SAD certificate. No conditional tender will be accepted.
• The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason.
