The original bid security (2% of bid value) must reach the office of the undersigned by the bid submission deadline; failure to submit the original bid security on time will render the bidder non-responsive and may result in debarment under KPPRA rules. BISE Peshawar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process in accordance with KPPRA provisions.
