Eligibility & Documentation: Bidders must comply with KP-PPRA rules and provide valid registrations and certificates, including EPADS/KP-PPRA registration, active KPRA status, active FBR (NTN) status, company/firm incorporation, EOBI and Social Security registration. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS before the closing time. Original bid security and any additional required documents (call deposit receipt, power of attorney, etc.) must be submitted physically to the PDA office before the last date/time for submission.
Evaluation & Conditions: Bids will be opened/downloaded from EPADS and evaluated per the bid solicitation criteria. Incomplete or conditional bids with cutting/overwriting will be considered non-responsive. Clarifications, if any, will be communicated through EPADS. Other terms and conditions remain as per KP-PPRA and provincial government rules.
