Invitation to Bid: Upgradation & Renovation of Green Trust Tower, Islamabad

Issuer: Evacuee Trust Property Board, Government of Pakistan. Single Stage Two Envelope bids are invited from eligible firms for renovation works at Green Trust Tower, Islamabad.

Eligibility: Firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 & PEC Codes CE-10 & BC-02 valid for the year 2025-26. Bidding documents available on submission of a written application on firm letterhead with attested CNIC, ATL certificate of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlistment.

Bidding documents: Non-refundable fee. Documents may be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours on or before 2026-07-01. Bidding documents will not be issued after the closing date nor by post or email.

Bid submission: Sealed bids accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit (bearing the firm/company name) from any Scheduled Bank in the name of ETP Board, Lahore, must be dropped in the tender box in the office of the undersigned on 2026-07-02 before 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Additional conditions: If a successful bid is found seriously unbalanced relative to the detailed estimate, the bidder must furnish additional Performance Security equal to the difference between the estimated cost and the total bid amount in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan or an Insurance Bond issued by an Insurance Company with an "AA" rating. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids under clause 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Notice also available at PPRA and ETPB websites.
