BISE Sahiwal Tender: Supply of IT and Electrical Items (EPADS, deadline 2026-06-17)

Issuer: Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Sahiwal. The Board invites online bids (lot-wise) from reputable firms registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (active taxpayer profile) for supply of IT and electrical items.

Submission deadline: 2026-06-17 at 11:00 AM via EPADS. Online tender opening: same day at 11:30 AM (bidders or authorized representatives may attend). Only online submissions through EPADS will be accepted; hand, registered post, or courier submissions of tenders will not be entertained.

Bid security: A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of "Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal" must be submitted by courier or manually before the opening of the tender. Tenders without bid security/call deposit will be considered non-responsive and rejected.

Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, via the e.Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The Chairman, BISE Sahiwal reserves the right to reject all tenders under Clause No. 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid validity: 90 days from the last date of submission.
