Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Tender No: HMC-30/2026. Sealed tenders are invited from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for supply of the items listed below on FOR Taxila / CFR Karachi basis.
Submission & Opening:
Sealed tenders, addressed to CFO and clearly marked with the tender number, must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila by 1400 hours on 2026-06-29. Tenders will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
Bid Documents & Cost:
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.
Conditions:
HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids or to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
