Pakistan Software Export Board (Guarantee) Limited (PSEB) invites bids from qualified outsourcing firms for provision of human resources to support operational, marketing, branding, industry facilitation, technical, administrative and related functions as described in the RFP.
Full bidding document and selection criteria are available on the EPADS-PPRA portal and PSEB website. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS only; original bid security instrument must be submitted to PSEB before the bid submission closing time.
