The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites electronic bids for the provision of security services at its Head Office in Lahore (Tender No. SMEDA/OM-A&CS/047). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and SMEDA and PPRA websites. Submit electronic bids via EPADS by 02:00 PM on 2026-07-23; bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM. The Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procurement method under Clause 36(a) will be used. All bids must include a Bid Securing Declaration.
