The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad invites e-bids for pre-qualification of IT firms via EPADS 2.0 for provision of IT services. Eligible firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List.
Submit electronic applications online at https://pa.epads.gov.pk by 11:00 hours on 21 July 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours the same day at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad. For queries contact NDMA Procurement: 051-9030821, 9030854, 9030857.
