PITB Tender: Renovation, Partitioning, Electrical, HVAC, CCTV & IT Works (Turnkey) – PKR 400,000,000

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Invitation to bid for procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, IP CCTV, fire alarm system, access control system, HVAC and IT work on a turnkey basis.

Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost.

Submission: Technical and financial bids (separate), duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Submission deadline: bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 1100 hours on 2026-07-06. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on 2026-07-06.

Notes and requirements: Bidders should ensure timely upload on the EPADS portal. PITB is not responsible for portal issues; only bids properly submitted on EPADS will be accepted. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or submitted by other than the specified mode will not be considered.
