Tender: Supply of Medicines for FY 2026/27 — 62 Composite Signal Battalion, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Commanding Officer, 62 Composite Signal Battalion, Misrial Complex, Rawalpindi (Headquarters Special Communications Organization, CCO, Qasim Road, Rawalpindi).

Sealed tenders are invited for the piecemeal supply of medicines for patients for FY 2026/27.

Key conditions:

- Medicines to be supplied as per Pharmacy Indent signed by the Medical Officer or Authorized Officer; supply must meet requested requirements and be continuous (including during holidays).

- Discount and retail price of each medicine/item must be stated (including all taxes).

- Only typed quotations will be accepted. Alternate medicines will not be accepted; wrong or alternate supply will lead to contract cancellation and forfeiture of the call deposit.

- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Professional Tax departments and must provide the relevant certificates.

- Income tax will be deducted from bills as per rules.

- A copy of the renewed Drug Sale License must be attached with the tender. Telephone numbers of shop and residence must be provided.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
