Eligibility/requirements (as stated): bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, must not be blacklisted, registration is required. The bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity; turnover of at least PKR 22,106,000 over the three preceding years; completion of at least two similar projects (70% or above cost) undertaken in last five years; no pending litigation or contract-termination history. Bids must include required bid security in prescribed form.
