Issuer: Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL), GENCO-II — Chief Executive Officer, Genco-II, Guddu.
CPGCL invites bids for construction works at the residential colony of TPS Guddu. The bidding will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). The Chief Executive Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).

Eligibility & Requirements
- Contractor must be registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-2026 and hold specialized PEC code(s) CE-09 or CE-10.
- NTN, CNIC, valid FBR and SRB documents (originals) will be checked at time of tender purchase.
- All required documents must be attached with 3% Call Deposit.
- Proprietor or legally authorized person of the firm is eligible to purchase the tender.
- Late bids will be returned unopened. The company may verify any bidder documents. For other eligibility conditions visit the office of the undersigned.
Note: If a public holiday is announced or an unavoidable circumstance occurs, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
