Pakistan Railways Corrigendum: Pre-Qualification Tender for Outsourcing Concrete Sleeper Factories (Sukkur, Khanewal, Kohat) — Submission Extended to 19 June 2026

Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Concrete Sleeper Factories Directorate, Headquarters Office Lahore.

Purpose: Pre-qualification (PQA) for outsourcing operation & management of Pakistan Railways Concrete Sleeper Factories at Sukkur, Khanewal and Kohat Cantt, including rehabilitation, upgradation, maintenance and operation during the concession period on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

Corrigendum / Amendment: The bid/tender submission and opening date has been amended. Existing date: 05 June 2026 (Friday). Read as: 19 June 2026 (Friday).
