Banking Court No.70, Karachi (Judge Dr. Hatem Aziz Solangi) has issued a summons in Case No. 115/2026 in a recovery suit filed by Messrs Bank Alfalah Limited under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Section 9) seeking Rs. 4,244,833.05 plus charges, costs and funds-related expenses against the named defendant.
The defendant is directed to appear before the court at 08:30 AM on 2026-09-03 at Banking Court No.70, Block C-48, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi, and to file a written application for leave to defend within thirty (30) days. Failure to comply may result in a decree being granted to the plaintiff with costs.
