An employer is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the construction and delivery of a high-end institutional building. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

| Key Responsibilities | Lead and manage all phases of project planning, construction and finishing works; manage consultants, contractors, stakeholders and regulatory authorities; monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and HSE performance; ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and standards; drive risk management, value engineering and project controls. |
| Minimum Qualifications & Experience | Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 15–20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 7 years in a Project Director / Head of Projects role; proven experience in institutional and high-rise developments; experience managing high-rise building towers; strong expertise in structural works, finishing works, project management and contractor coordination; proficiency in project planning and controls; strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. |
