Invitation to Bid: Solid Waste Collection & Road Sweeping — Town Committee Sakrand

Town Committee Sakrand (District Shaheed Benazir Abad, Sindh) invites sealed bids for municipal services including door-to-door solid waste collection, road/street sweeping and cleaning of open drains for specified wards of Town Committee Sakrand. The contract period stated is 12 months.

Bid security / earnest money: Must be submitted in the shape of a call deposit from any scheduled bank in favour of the Town Officer, Town Committee Sakrand, and attached with bid documents.

Eligibility / Required documents (as stated):

• Financial stability certificate issued by a scheduled bank (last three years).
• Affidavit/undertaking that provided information and particulars are true and correct.
• Registration with Income Tax Department (TIN) — certificate and copy of CNIC.
• Registration/approval with Sindh Revenue Board (as stated).
• List of machinery and equipment with documentary evidence of ownership.
• Documentary evidence of works executed, works in progress and certificates of satisfactory completion.
• For firms/partnerships: relevant partnership details and power of attorney to be submitted on affidavit by the proprietor (as stated).

Procurement procedure and conditions: Single-stage single-envelope procurement. Conditional and telegraphic bids will not be entertained. Bid documents will be received and opened in the presence of committee members as approved by the Secretary Local Government. Bid validity period stated as 99 days.

How to apply / submit bids: Submit sealed bid documents with required credentials and call deposit earnest money to the Office of the Town Committee Sakrand. Bids will be opened in the stated venue in the presence of authorized representatives.
