District Council Rajanpur Invites E-Tenders for Muharram Route and Culvert Works — Closing 2026-06-18

District Council Rajanpur (Chief Officer) invites online bids through the Punjab E-Tendering (E-PADS) system under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended) for multiple schemes. Bidders must be registered on https://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and comply with the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids must include bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of District Council Rajanpur; a scanned copy of the 5% CDR must be uploaded to E-PADS and the original CDR deposited in the office of the undersigned by the closing date and time.

Submission deadline: by 11:00 AM PST on 2026-06-18 via https://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM PST on 2026-06-18 through E-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the lowest bid is more than 5% below the DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit an additional 10% performance security (including earnest money) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank within 15 days after opening. False information or fake CDRs will result in debarment and legal action; cases will be forwarded to PEC and PPRA. The competent authority may reject all bids prior to approval. The successful contractor must execute the agreement on stamp paper of value specified by the government within seven days of issuance of the acceptance/award letter.
