KFHA Open Auction Notice — Karachi Fisheries Harbour Authority (02-06-2026)

Government of Sindh — Karachi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KFHA) has issued an Open Auction Notice dated 02/06/2026 for allotment on open auction for a period commencing from 1st July, 2026 to 30th June, 2027 under specified terms and conditions. Auctions and submissions will be handled by KFHA; interested bidders must submit required documents to the Deputy Director (Estate), KFHA.

• Purchase application forms along with Terms & Conditions from KFHA.
• Submit copy of Income Tax returns for the last three years.
• Bid security in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft from any scheduled bank in favour of KFHA.
• Copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Evidence of experience (document requirement listed in notice).
• Affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper declaring the applicant has never been blacklisted.

Other important conditions (as stated):

• Allottee of KFHA is not eligible to participate.
• Companies or individuals involved in litigation with KFHA in any court are not eligible to participate.
• Applications/documents must be submitted to the office of Deputy Director (Estate), KFHA at least one hour before the auction date/time specified in the table above.
• KFHA reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, wholly or partly, and to call off the auction.
• In case of limited companies and partnerships, attested copy of Memorandum and Articles and proper authentication by competent authority are required.
